I like this chair
This chair is sturdy and good quality. It’s not difficult to assemble, and two people are required to put it together and connect the electricity. Once you’re finished, the chair is comfortable, and all the parts are working, including the message and heating. The USB connector is also working properly. There are nice side pockets for magazines and other papers. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and recommend it highly.

Fantastic purchase
Fantastic recliner, I could not be more pleased. So comfortable and well thought out. Arrived on schedule, perfect condition with very clear directions. Took less than an hour to assemble, for a senior aged female. I’m so pleased with this purchase

Awesome chair great material as well faux Leather Gray
First off I give this chair 4 reviews because the dimension on the website are smaller. I have put photos to show. I have a tiny house and I have to put it dang near out in the living room for him to be able to recline all the way and not hit the wall. It was going by there dimensions and ordered it. I was replacing a lazy boy that I did not have to put in the middle of the room. So that was a bummer. Also I question what the two brackets (shown in photo) since they were not in any directions. I see the question was asked once in the Q&A’s and the company never replied to them.I would still suggest this chair but make sure you have plenty of roomPros: Very comfortable and the material is very nice. I am recovering my recliner with some very similar material. I am and upholster just was not up to recovering two and honey has bad knees now. So we bought this a lift recliner.Very easy to put together. Well built as well. Supper quiet going up and down and surprisingly the vibration. Vibration is nice.Love the color and feel of the material. Stitching and design is just like you see and well done.Cons: When chair is in the sitting position the table beside the chair is reachable. But when you recline even just till your feet are all the way up, then you cannot reach the table. I have a 22” long table beside it. Once set up he cannot reach the table, but laid back with only feet up and not full laid back he can.Instructions on how to connect wires were pretty much nonexistent. Luckily some are color coated and husband was able to figure out the rest. There were two brackets we still do not know what they are for as there was no explanation or photo in the instructions.Over all the chair quality I am great with. Just not them putting the wrong dimensions on the site.

Definitely recommend
Purchased for my 76 year old father who's not in very good shape. Not only is this unit very supportive with cushioning to help hold a good posture in any position, but it's very comfortable and practical and helps him stand up, must be on a carpet or area rug for him to feel safe, however. Directly on the hardwood the chair does tend to want to slip backwards as the person is pushing back against the chair more horizontally. As soon as we put an area rug down we set the chair on there and he felt much more stable standing up in the chairs most raised position. Absolutely recommend a chair it is pretty comfortable and looks great. The cup holders are actually super convenient. The heating unit gets pretty warm on the small of your back after it breaks in after running a couple Cycles. The vibration is a nice added feature, would be disappointed if it was strictly a massage chair with an incline feature but it's the opposite so the massaging capabilities being a five or six out of 10 are still a nice touch because it's just a bonus anyway. POSSIBLE CAUTIONARY CON: my father did say as he was on his way up the first couple times he was afraid of how the material allows you to just slip right off. I'm not sure how one avoids this because yes it is a very smooth material that you would get dumped off of if you didn't use your legs to hold yourself back. Again with the area rug we put it on, this basically eliminated the problem but one does have to hold himself up to a standing position when the chair begins to get up to the highest point. This is the same with any other chair I would imagine is not particular to this chair, one must use your legs of course to stand and it puts you in that position in no time. My father has weak legs and still able to use this just fine with a couple practice tries. Someone with extremely weak legs I could see having an issue, but then again standing up in the first place off of a normal position what all should be difficult and this chair at least gives you the option to stop the raising at any time allowing you to pick the position that you want to try to stand up from. Maybe all the way up isn't good but three quarters of the way in that case maybe best. Highly recommend the chair best money I've spent in a while

Open Heart Surgery was recommended a recliner for ease and comfort by hospital staff
A recliner to sleep in for the 1st few nights home after my dads open heart surgery was recommended. I liked the slow lift and the size option. Two weeks in being used non stop and he cannot stop mentioning how comfortable and safe he feels in it. I tried it and the heat and vibrating massager are just right. Not too strong. Game changer on my dads recovery. He says he will sleep in it for another month. My brother said it was too easy to assemble on his lunch break. Worth every cent. May get him an additional one for the mancave later on.
