Ergonomical innerbarends/grips while long rides with limitation
Update:When I switched L to right and R to left, it was perfect - very comfortable to rest my hands while cruising.I was looking for a budget ergonomic innerbarends/grips for my pseudo roadie, besides a SQlab 411 innerbarhands, which is bit pricey (I already owned one for my other bike).Ergonomic: I didn't have gigantic hands (wearing large or x-large bicycle gloves), but was unable to grab these fully (SQLab 411 offers more stubby grips so that you could grab these fully). Instead, these offered different grip options - 1) thumb grip, 2) thumb-index grip, 3) pistol grip (thumb and index free), and 4) car shift top grip. Well, these are just what I tried to get something at best out of these. Depending on your riding positions, these grip options are somewhat helpful. However, I wish it is little bigger (120% would be better). Ergonomically, it offers more comfortable grip feel than regular handlebar grip while long rides. Since it is hollow grips, I would not suggest to put your entire weight while climbing, just gentle gripping to maintain control purpose only.Grip Feel: hard/slippery plastic feel with ergo grip shape modeled by smaller hands (very small hands I guess). I have added some (thin foam strip and old tennis overgrip) to create cushy/tacky feel. I think this needs to be done in order not to hurt your hands/fingers. Only light holding, not "choking" full power holding (actually you can't hold these fully due to smaller size and "ergonomically" cut shape).Installation: no need to pull your grips. Just open the hinge and install these at the desired locations.Things to consider: the shape of grip somehow blocked my gear shift levers. Need to adjust its angle and make sure gear shifters/break levers moving freely. Fastening bolt location is very awkward. Unable to tape these areas since there is no way to adjust afterward. My suggestion would be adding pads/tapes just above the fastening bolts so that your hands are actually resting there instead - it worked for me.Overall, this would be great alternative innerbarends offering comfortable grip for long rides at low price (~25% of price compared to SQlab 411). At this price point, this would be great addition for comfortbale ride feeling. If you want rigid/full grip feeling innerbarends, SQlab 411 would be a better option.

Definitely worth it
Update: so these work pretty amazing once installed. I’ll give them 5 stars. Just get them.So once you figure out how and where to install those they are amazing. Hopefully won’t break soon but look solid. Left and right and mislabeled- they should go on the other side. See the photo. I guess whoever in China stole the design and started making it had no idea how it actually works!!! LOL! My bars have rough texture so they tighten great and don’t move at all. If you have smooth/polished bars might be a problem but not for me.

Works well.
Try the regular vs. reverse installation: sometimes the reverse position can fit your palm better.

Really small
Might be ok for a kid but it’s is really small and awkward for an adult. Glove size M-L

I bought this because I have a really nice hybrid bike and I want to get it out of my head I need a gravel bike. YOU DONT. Flat bars and inside grip is super dialed in.
