CottamPoly Foam Brush Set - Used For Oil, Paint, Varnish, Glue, Craft, Cyanotype, Modge Podge, and Cleaning

I feel the need to give this product some justice. Since I bought it 4 months ago, I've used and washed them so many times. I used them mostly for emulsion paint and high shine gloss. Each item is still intact with the handle. The sizes are perfect. They're inexpensive and of good quality. Some people either received a poor batch.There're so many brands in Amazon. If this only costs a fiver, I suggest to just buy and try them rather than wasting time to search for the perfect ones.

Decent quality. Wash nicely. Will last if looked after.

A must if you're going to want a good finish on your varnish, paint, or wood staining. And remember too wash after use . I also like the different sizes of brushes you will have the size you need for the job at hand . Dislike the foam can become detached from the brush handle from usage , but it can be fixed by the use of gorilla glue then it's good to go again. My overall experience of the product is good just for the way it applies the paint or varnish or wood stain to the job at hand. Dislike the foam can come detach from the brush handle with just normal usage.

I used these sponge brushes for applying Osmo varnish to a staircase, they were great for getting into the corners and ensuring the varnish went on evenly, however they disintegrated quite quickly and I went through the whole packet and some. I would buy again as they were perfect for the job, just disappointing that the quality isn't.

Easy to use great that you get different sizes great value for money

They are quite good. Did the job I used them for, varnish work. No brush marks perfect. The only issue was I used white spirit to clean them and the foam became detached from the stick so I glued back with gorilla glue and stayed on after that. Maybe I should of used water based varnish. Got the job done though.

Foam top worked its way off the handle very quickly during use. But I could use the foam in my fingers for a good while afterwards. Not ideal, but the foam was good quality and I made it work for me.
