This is the best automatic litter box. I have been using it for 4 months now. I was not sure how I would like the rolling feature for how it cleans. It is so much better then the rake litter boxes, as the rake would get the litter and poop stuck on it and it would cause it to fail. I love the drawer underneath, as you just pull out the drawer and take out the bag with the waste. I suggest emptying the drawer 2 times a week to keep the smell down. Once it cleans, the smell dissipates. I use Naturally Fresh Ultra Odor Control Quick-Clumping Natural Multi-Cat Walnut Cat Litter. It is low tracking, no chemicals and naturally gets rid of odor. It also has a nice hard clump. This box has a small foot print being a square design. Also because of the design being round inside, it acts like a pool for the litter and you don't need as much and you don't need to refill it more then once every 2 weeks to top it off, depending on how many cats you have, which saves you money on the litter. I use the dump feature once a month to get rid of all of the litter and clean the entire inside. I use force of nature, enzyme cleaner and skouts honor to clean it. It smells new once I am done. I saw there was several reviews of people complaining that it smells, but that is probably because they are not dumping the waste out the drawer a minimum of 2 times a week, they are probably not changing the deodorizer cartridge, and they are probably not dumping all of the litter once a month, doing a deep clean and then adding in new litter. I found out the hard way, that the box needs this routine, or it will smell. It works seamlessly, every time the cat uses it. It even has an app that tells you when to refill the litter and when the cat uses the box. I wanted to wait a while to review it to see if any issues arose. This product is awesome! Hopefully it lasts for many years. I may come back and do an updated review to let you know.Update 5/8/2025:I am still loving this litter box! It works seamlessly and the app is easy to us. The app allows you to dump all the litter and also do a cleaning cycle. My cat is doing well with this box. It is the best litter box I have ever had!

This thing STINKS. We’ve had it for a couple months and there is no easy way to clean it. We’ve emptied the litter and scrubbed the entire inside and I can still smell the box in a closed room on the other side of the house. Idk what to even do at this point. You can’t just take it outside and hose it down like a normal litter box. Half the reason we got it was to get rid of the stinky smell, but it smells 10x worse than their old cheap enclosed box. Yes, we empty the tray very often, but the actual litter box itself is what stinks.This is advertised for cats 2-18 lb. Our heaviest cat is 13lb and barely fits in it. Our cats are CONSTANTLY getting poop stuck to their butts because they can’t even lift their tails. In the 5 years we’ve owned them, this has rarely been an issue until we got this tiny litter box. I have cleaned poop off the floor and the cats every single day this week.—EDIT: 9/27/23We went on an overnight trip and came home to pee and poop all over the house. The litter box malfunctioned and was stuck mid cleaning cycle with no litter accessible. I can see on the app that it didn’t complete a single cleaning cycle from about 10 minutes after we left, so it was inaccessible the entire time. The purpose of this litter box is to not have to think about this kind of thing when you’re away. So be warned - CHECK YOUR APP while you’re gone. You can see activity and manually initiate cleaning cycles remotely. You shouldn’t have to, but of course this happened the one night we’ve been gone.EDIT 2: 10/1/23We just got back from another overnight trip, and once again, the litter box was stuck upside down mid cycle with no litter accessible. The light was white signaling no issue. We had left out another litter box in case of this being an issue, but WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. $400 for a litter box (and currently priced $500) is already insane, but one that doesn’t do its job and malfunctions during critical times is a complete waste of money.Final edit: 12/4/23 Please stay far away from this litter box. Please. It malfunctioned a few weeks ago and completely quit working because it said the litter tray sensor was dirty. I emptied and cleaned that thing inside and out and it still would not work. We went back to our old litter box and it was so much less stress than using this dumb thing. I told customer service about the many, many issues we have with this littered box and I was just told to update the firmware. It has worked for the last week, but I can’t use this thing anymore. It was a complete waste of $400 and has caused so many headaches.
