I took this supplement as soon as I received it. It worked great in 7 hours. Kept me in the bathroom for the next 2 hours. I was able to empty and feel so much better. I took 2 capsules as directed. But, I don’t think you will need to use daily. I’m going to just take 2 capsules every week to keep me regulated. I recommend it.

I needed something that worked quickly because I didn't have time to chain myself to a bathroom for 7-14 days like other cleansers. I took two last night and already this morning is working. I haven't experienced any pain but I would definitely make sure you plan to be near a restroom while taking these. I definitely recommend!

Does not work. Ate healthy and stayed hydrated. Nothing.

I have read some of these comments stating it doesn't work .it does work. If you want it to work fast try some apple juice with it. Don't knock it until you try it

I took this for a few days and never felt better, my stomach is flat and the bloating is gone, definitely worth the price

Two capsules, the recommended daily dosage incapacitated me for a day and a half.. I had a to be careful of releasing any air as it was uncontrollable diarrhea instead of gas. Kind of like you would see when a cement mixer releases it's load. I will only use as a laxative occasionally and take half the adult recommended dose.
