Peace of mind
Nice little kit which is small enough to carry when trail running - its not going to solve every problem but its at least something that will deal with minor injuries and give you time for help to arrive.

Great essential kit
Lightweight essentials. I keep this in my bag when I go out cycling and it’s case does a good job of standing up to bouncing around in the bag.

Just the right size for a small ruck sac and ...
Just the right size for a small ruck sac and soft shell means no hard lumps sticking in your back. Some space for your own additions to the kit it comes with. The waterproof "inner" bag will also add greater protection.

Nice little kit
The orange/red outer is just nylon the kit is in a clear zip lock 'waterproof' bag - I would have preferred one pouch instead.Perfectly reasonable as a pocket kit with a tidgy bit of room for a couple of extras as all kits require.I wanted this for in your pocket/laptop bag/man bag/bouldering bag use and it's great for that, just enough to cover most simple things and takes up little room.I added some steri-strips, 10cm square of fixing tape and a jelonet dressing to cover the eventualities that most commonly crop up. Lifesystems are my go to for base kits robust, waterproof and not overfilled.I've only ever had one First Aid Kit wet out on me but once was enough - unless it stays in the house it's waterproof.

Great contents shame about the bag
The contents are good - just what you need for a small, lightweight personal first aid kit. Not sure about the sun cream but the rest is fine. Don't see how its possible to get everything packed back into the waterproof inner bag which defeats one of the purposes of the kit.
