I have used these Luguiic ice sleeves on my fingers for soreness, and it works well. I just pop them in the freezer and they stay cold for a few minutes. They also work well in the morning before I go golf, by placing them in the microwave for about 15 seconds and slide them on my fingers. It seems to allow my fingers to bend more easily without as much pain.We had a couple over for dinner the other night and she has arthritis in her fingers more than me, and when she tried the ice sleeves, she loved them immediately. She went online to Amazon and bought two packages of the Luguiic finger sleeves. Two happy customers.Highly recommend.

These fit nicely on your fingers, but they don't get as cold as I'd like. I was using them for icing my fingers to heal a climbing finger injury. I wish they got colder like a true ice pack!

I didn’t know these little ice fingers glove exist. I needed an ice pack for my fingers and I knew that Amazon has everything, I wrote fingers ice pack, and what do you know- they exist. I checked a few kinds and choose these ones and I’m very happy with them. They fit well, they keep cold for 15, which is good because you’re not supposed to use cold anywhere more than 10, 15 minutes. But if you think you need more time than you just replace them with the other finger cold packs that are in the freezer. I only need them for 2 fingers so obviously I have more in the freezer. You can try the heat finger gloves by placing them in the microwave for 10 seconds. I haven’t tried it yet.I highly recommend this item.

After 5-10 minutes they're no longer cold. That may be indicative of any product like this: there's just not much room for the icing agent.

These are great, especially for kids. I have grandkids that smashed their fingers in the door, or playing volleyball and jam their fingers. They’re also great for adults. It is a good little product to have.

These are pointless. It's a five pack and all five in the freezer for days won't stay cold long enough to help one finger.

Pretty much as described. Be careful if microwaving, I microwaved for 15 seconds as per the directions, they came out super hot, one even had a bubble like it was going to pop but went down after a few minutes out of the microwave.Unable to use them while typing, would think only people with really long fingers would be able to. Decent enough, will see how effective they are. Using these after broken finger surgery for heat therapy.
