Handle not secure
It’s a good product for the price. Only one problem. The flat handle you push down is not secure. It’s hard plastic with a screw. I used it once and the it moves down. I screwed it on right. I’m a 5ft3 female and I liked that you can move the flat handle inwards so it works right for me. I’m keeping it. I just need to fix it some how.

Excellent Home machine for triceps and lower pecs.
It is surprisingly solid for its size and weight. There is no lateral movement, or wobble. I have been bodybuilding for almost forty years and have some chronic elbows and firearms pain doing other triceps exercises but doing dips in this minimized pain. I am able to isolate triceps or work lower pecs very effectively. I have owned this Sydee dips machine for eight months and have a very noticeable increase in triceps size, thickness and strength. By sitting back but leaning forward, it becomes a great pec exercise and I haven't gotten pumps like this for decades. I really felt the need to share my experience with people looking to add this to their home gym. I would prefer a commercial triceps dips bench at home but they cost $2500 or more and I see that this bench is down under $200. Get it. If you are serious about gaining triceps, this is the best option available. You'll get better results than you'd get at many commercial gyms- especially if you like to lift heavy and may get joint soreness and inflammation. I use up to 410 lbs on it. It really taxed me but not this Sydee bench.I bought mine for $250 on Walmart.com. It was the cheaper option at that time.

★★ Decent for Light Use, but Could Be Better
I was really excited to add the Seated Dip Machine Plate Loaded – Tricep Dip Press Machine to my home gym, but after using it for a while, I have to say it’s been a frustrating experience. While the overall build is sturdy and the idea behind the machine is solid, there are some serious design flaws that make it difficult to use effectively. The Biggest Issue – Arm Pad Slips and SpinsThe most frustrating problem with this machine is the arm pad design. The pads are supposed to provide support and stability during the movement, but instead, they constantly slip and spin in a circle, making it extremely difficult to maintain proper form. Instead of focusing on my triceps, I’m spending half my workout trying to keep the pads in place. This not only makes the exercise feel awkward but also increases the risk of injury.Other Issues:• Awkward Range of Motion – The machine doesn’t provide a smooth, natural dip movement. The angle feels slightly off, which puts unnecessary strain on the shoulders rather than properly isolating the triceps.• Difficult to Adjust – Adjusting the seat and handles isn’t as easy as it should be. The locking mechanisms feel a bit flimsy, and sometimes they don’t hold in place securely.• Takes Up a Lot of Space – For a machine with limited functionality, it has a surprisingly large footprint. If you have a small workout area, this might not be the best choice. The Good:The frame itself is solid, and the plate-loaded feature allows for progressive overload. If the arm pads didn’t spin and slip, this could have been a decent tricep machine.Final Thoughts:This machine had potential, but the poorly designed arm pads ruin the entire experience. I find myself avoiding it in my workouts because it’s more frustrating than effective. Unless the manufacturer fixes this issue, I wouldn’t recommend it. A disappointing 2-star product

Easy fix for the minor problem!
Every single owner complains about the protruding bolt which makes contact with the closest plate.Easy fix.My neighbor bought this dip press and came to me after assembling it. He knew I had tools; a jack hammer, diamond blades, bolt cutters, that I could physically "hack" anything. The photo shows a $26 cut-off tool kit. (a hacksaw will not work).Tip: first loosen the bolt fully and apply JB weld on the thread. Tighten. Wait 15min for the metal epoxy to harden.Chop off the bolt then grind down the nut about half way. Done. No more interference contact.

Disappointing and Poorly Designed
I was really looking forward to using the Seated Dip Machine Plate Loaded- Tricep Dip Press Machine, but unfortunately, it fell way short of expectations. First off, the areas where the weights are loaded feel flimsy and unstable. They’re not sturdy enough to hold more than 100 pounds on each side, which is ridiculous for a machine advertised as supporting up to 400 pounds. I didn't feel safe using it at all.Secondly, the machine doesn’t allow for a full range of motion. The seat doesn’t adjust low enough for me to get proper extension or contraction, which completely defeats the purpose of tricep and chest training. The lack of adjustability is frustrating and makes it feel like the machine was designed without much thought for real-world usage. To make matters worse, returning the item would be a total hassle. It’s bulky, inconvenient, and not worth the time or effort to deal with the process. Now I’m stuck with a poorly designed machine that I’ll barely use.Save yourself the trouble and invest in something better. This is a major disappointment.
