Bad and good
Despite the reviews stating quality issues, I chose this option over no-name Amazon brands, to support a U.S. based company.As we were setting it up for the very first time, the buckle for the strap on the side snapped clean in half.That said, the rest of the cover is good quality. Nice insulation and fits our 100 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank perfectly.We will keep it and use our own ratchet strap to secure it to the tub (which we may have wanted to do anyway) - and keep it from going to landfill.However, a plea for the manufacturer - PLEASE add a better quality buckle to this product, and it would be an absolute slam dunk!

The media could not be loaded. Before Polar Protector it was almost impossible to keep enough ice on hand and it was getting expensive and I think my ice freezing blew up our garage freezer. Following a day of 102 temperature I managed to get my plunge to 54. The next morning I got in and it was 56 without adding any additional ice. The thickness of the PP will catch you off guard. This is heavy duty stuff. (see my video) I am so pleased with the quality and workmanship.

To small for a 100 gallon Rubbermaid tub.
Says it’s for a 100 gallon Rubbermaid but it’s too small and constantly falls into the tub.

This cover fits my stock tank well, but its not fully waterproof
I really like the fit of the cover on the stock tank. Problem is that when it rains, water pools on top of it and it starts to cave in, or at least puddle in the middle. The cover does not remain fully waterproof, as I can see some water is getting added to the tub when it rains, through the cover.
