Hi, they contain wheat so they are not gluten free but they are peanut free. Hope this helps.

Q: Product Warranty? i assumed this referred to the shelf life of the product. if so, does the product shelf life begin upon after purchasing the product

Good morning Aaron, the shelf life is for the emergency food and water that is date stamped. The five year shelf life is from the date stamp on each of these items and covers the items staying fresh during that time. We have found that they still taste great after but we always recommend replacing them at that point. For our kits, all customers receive an email at the 5 year mark with a special link and discount to purchase just the expired items without having to replace the whole kit. Hope this helps.
