This is a really great clipper. I taught myself how to groom my dog due to the increasing price of taking her to a groomer and the unhappiness she felt every time she had to go. This is an easy to use clipper it doesn’t get too hot, but you do have to check it after about 10 minutes it’s not loud at all and it’s easy to handle. The cord is nice and long and I’m very happy I chose this.

These are so great! Cut with the direction of the dogs coat and they work wonders! Don't let them get too hot though, take a break if they do. Also don't buy ceramic! They're terrible!

This clippers is a great clipper for all breeds. Nice long plug. I swap out the blades every time they get hot. Instead of using the cool spray, I have three extra. It runs fast you get a great clip but in return blades get hot. Which I think is normal. I would definitely buy this again if I ever need to but I believe it’s going to last a really long time.

Works wonderfully for my doodles but I cannot groom them both in one sitting or even back to back due to the clippers heating up way too fast. After about 10 minutes or less of using them, they heat up to the point it burns them and I have to give it almost half an hour to cool before I can continue. Other than that, it is very durable and easy to use. It isn’t too heavy and the cord is easy to maneuver during grooming. It isn’t too loud either which was a plus. I feel it was worth it but I do wish it didn’t heat up as quickly as it does…

these are the best clippers on the market

Runs very hot! I just ordered and received these clippers and thought grooming would be so much easier but literally after 4 passes on my dog, the clippers get hot. I had to stop so many times that it will take hours for me to groom my three dogs. The clippers do cut well and we're easy to use and change the blades. This item also seems to have been returned, as it had some scratches on the blade. I will probably return this item as it's not worth the money due to it over heating so quickly.

Works amazing! My dog has a thicker, mixed coat and it took no time to groom her! Fits comfortably in my hand. Great value

These clippers cut really well. However, they get hot extremely quick. I did buy an additional blade to be able to change out while clipping my pet which does help. Another issue I have is that I've purchased other Andis clippers and they always come with attachment combs, from inexpensive to expensive clippers. I'm not sure why this does not have the standard attachment combs included. I rated this three because of the overheating and the fact that this does not come with attachment combs and for the price it should.
