Great play ring.
Great for our 5 month old granddaughter.With having 2 sides is great so she can lay on the side with the velcro straps and then when she is able to sit up she can sit in the hole centre and play

Excellent baby playnest.
This is brilliant for my newborn he loves the comfortable padded playnest and looking up at the gym toys, he always seems content and comforted when he's lying on there. It's soft and colourful and i know we'll get a lot of use out of it as whenever our toddler nephew visits he likes sitting in the other side of the Playnest intended for older children.

Customer service sent out free innertube
Absolutely loved this item ! My daughter enjoyed it very much however it started deflating after around 6 weeks of use. We tried pumping it back up but it just deflated again instantly.I have tried TWICE now, to get a replacement inner tube. I would be happy to spend money on purchasing a replacement piece since my daughter loved it so much and is now big enough for the other side, but customer service have been less than helpful.When I first contacted them I got a reply saying they would send out another inner tube for free. 3 weeks later I recontacted them but have not had a response from customer service.Update -Replacement inner tube arrived. Bad communication from company but at least they did send out a replacement, very excited to get my daughter back in it :)

Great buy!
This is so far one of our best buys for our daughter, she’s 4 months, she’s so content on it and is starting to use the donut side for sitting up, lives lying in the other side and we even use it for tummy time, would recommend!

Babies will love this!
Brilliant play nest for babies. We had this for our 4 week old baby and she has loved using this. Bright colours keep her eyes amused. Fabric on the lay down side is very soft & the strap feature makes sure baby is safe. Fab would 100% buy this again

Unsafe for babies
This is not safe for babies, especially small newborns. I put my baby in the lay down position and strapped her in with the harness. Straight away she managed to wriggle out of the harness and in an instant slid off the ring, landing on the floor, upside down! I'm just thankful that I was right next to her and it was on the carpet, not our hardwood floors. The haeness/strap is completely useless and will give parents a false sense of safety. Please note that my baby is 12 weeks old, so not a tiny newborn (who would slip out even easier. Also she is beginning to turn slightly but can't roll yet, so it's not like she rolled fully out of it. I think the ring is safe to use (supervised) on the sitting up side but not on the other side where they lay on their backs.
