Are the measurements etched into the plastic or raised?

The measurement value is raised and the scale is clearly visible.There is a certain thickness and the handle is not easily bent.

Is this set ok to use with non stick cookware?

Yes! It is made of silicone but stands up very well to heat! Can be used for all types of cooking and with any cookware.

Does any of the pieces in this set retain water and leak (for instance in between the silicone and wood)? I have a metal and silicone set that do :(

They don’t! The utensil part can unscrew from the handle but doesn’t come loose unless you do it. These are the best utensils I’ve ever used, I’m actually on my second set thanks to my dog lol
