Excellent
Great pen, but I go through the refills at a rate of knots and they are quite pricey.Excellent ink, rarely bleeds with markers.Fantastic to drop with

Smooth writer
Lovely pen, comfortable grip. Not as smooth as a fountain pen but perfectly easy to write with. Despatched from Japan which takes a few weeks.

A wonderful pen combining elegance with function
Ok, I admit it, I have a thing about stationery and pens in particular. I have tried so many pens over the years but the Pentel Tradio is in my top three. It's a got a very refined feel in the hand and long brushlike fibre tip point. This will give you much deeper and inkier letters than a gel ink or rollerball but still with plenty of precision. It's a love pen whether for taking notes or writing a letter. Some may find it a littler slower as there is a bit more friction, but it makes for more control and is enjoyable pen to pick up and write with.

Great pen
Fantastic purchase - writes just like a fountain pen but without all the faff. Even survived a trip inside the washing machine. Just hope they stay in stock.

Four Stars
The nib is a bit scratchy, otherwise very nice

Nice innovation in fountain pens
For fountain pen lovers, this is a modern twist. First saw it at the Japan Center exhibition in London and then decided to order and extra one. Only issue is that when the ink is gone, one needs to order a refill cartridge. writes well, is light to hold.

My favourite pen
I'm a self-confessed stationery geek, and I just love the feel of these. They write smoothly, but you get that precision feel that you only get with a fountain pen. Love that the refill includes the nib, so you don't need to worry about that wearing down, and pen and refills are good value and last for ages. I've found it particularly good for marking up proofs.

It's essentially a fine felt tip marker
Don't believe the hype, it's pretty scratchy and not a replacement for a fountain pen in any way. The Uni-Ball Air is far superior, again not a fountain pen, but the writing action is lovely by comparison to this.
