Great product for both kids and adults

Received item after 3 days of it being shipped. is absolutely brilliant.. Flexible which helps with improving my endurance, especially during lockdown.

Owned this for around a month and really pleased with it. Assembled in minutes, pretty easy to store and move to the middle of the room when needed thanks to the straps on the bottom, and was purchased so that my 8 year old could get involved and use it for karate practise with me: other cheaper choices have a heavy solid base or pole which meant they're out of his reach or unsafe if he kicked that part whereas this item can take super low sweeping kicks and no one gets injured. Well worth spending the extra!

I loved this product as there was no messing about with base filling. You DO need a friend to assist with holding the product whist the two parts are zipped together - but easy to follow instructions meant I was good to go within 5 minutes of unpacking. Very happy with my purchase

Decided to eventually buy this after months of swaying. Delivery was very quick although it did arrive in 2 separate delivery slots. My first impression was that it is extremely lightweight strike and that I had made a mistake purchasing it. However after a few days use I have seen the benefits of using this bag. It is an excellent cardio workout if utilised correctly. If you do boxing/thai etc and want a free standing punch bag then do not buy this. If you do MMA it is a very useful tool. You can strike lightly, utilise footwork, do takedowns, throws and ground and pound. You can even throw in certain submissions like triangles and chokes. It has its place but is no substitute for a heavy bag. For the price I probably wouldnt buy it again but I am enjoying using it and it is a fun extra to add to my workouts.

Boys loving abusing this, especially in lockdown

I bought this product because my doctor said I was too stressed therefore I had to do some sport so I thought about buying a punching ball which is very good for releasing stress (combined with jogging). The century versys bounces back when you punch it. you can use the lower part for situps and the upper handles supports knee kicks. All in all,great product. I will recommend it.
