Easy. Took < 1 hr to build.
I bought this for my 3 and 5 year old daughters. It took me less than an hour to build, from opening the package to the final product. Very easy, though directions were pretty basic and not very elaborate, but more detailed instructions weren’t really necessary. Glue was not necessary, though I did decide to add some to the beams, mostly for precaution, but it doesn’t seem needed even after a laying with it. Sturdy, well built home, would 100% but again. :)

Looks good, but difficult to assemble
Pretty good quality craft. Somewhat difficult to put together with below average instructions. Made of wood, so if you break a piece, you have to figure out how to proceed without that piece. Looks cool when assembled.

Fun, Easy, Great Materials
The media could not be loaded. The material is so smooth and perfect for these building projects. NO splinters!! The directions were simple and easy to follow. I had this modern house put together in 40 minutes.Materials used: Elmer’s glue and a small hammer.I’ve made mine into a Halloween House for themed decoration. Painted with satin spray paint, went on easily, dried quickly.I highly recommend this product, especially for any kiddo into puzzles, legos, etc.

Don't waist your money
Not only does it cone on sheets that is mostly in pieces, but the material is so dainty it breaks easily I had to glue a few together. I could only salvage 3 pieces.

Cute style but fragile
Was not the easiest to put together I had to make some holes bigger and a couple pieces broke while putting together. Not the strongest wood.

Pain to put together
Oh, just slip the notch into the hole. Yeah, sure. It is a pain to assemble.

It’s cute but flawed
I had my dad get me this because I thought it would be cute to decorate. It was missing two stairs pieces so I have made some myself to fix that. Also the first floor, one of the walls does not fit into the holes in the floor like it should. Be prepared to make adjustments!
