Oh my, how marvellous! This gorgeous pen has exceeded my expectations and is an absolute delight. The service from Ellington is second to none, the handy QR code takes you straight through their helpful team. Filling the converter was super easy and I’ve already started to write my Christmas Thank You notes. I 100% recommend buying an Ellington Fountain pen, the quality is fabulous!The nib is smooth, there is no lag or dragging and it’s whole new writing experience compared other fountain pens I’ve used in the past.Cannot wait to put my fabulous fountain pen to paper and write again.

Ordered this pen fort myself to use in church, lively weight & writes well.Ordered one for a friend, supposedly posted through my letterbox 5/9/23 unfortunately not posted through my door or either of my neighbours. Disappointed as this has never happened before. Can I have a replacement??!

I ordered this pen in emerald green stripe with a medium nib. When I opened the box could see it was definitely not a medium nib. I have been using fountain and calligraphy pens all my life so know the difference. Can’t imagine what the fine nib would have been like? If you like fine nib it will be ok for you. The complaint I have, is the ink cartridges do not fit this pen and found it was impossible to insert. So don’t know the writing performance and at that point. I decided to return this pen in unused condition. I was disappointed, because the pen is lovely and well made. The seller processed the refund quickly.

Beautiful design, writing is a pleasure and very well balanced. Bought much more expensive fountain pens that are not close to the experience of this one.

Love this pen, bought the medium nib. Beautifully balanced, no skip. Would recommend.

It writes well, and the fact that I'm a bit meh about the design is actually my fault for not looking closely enough at the pictures (the solid black head and the green stripe body just clash, but I didnt see that in the listing).But... it just feels a bit cheap. The metalic finishes are plasticy, the box is an iffy imitation of a nice box, and the ink it comes with bleeds pretty badly / is quite watery.So, fine... but it feels more marketing than pen.
