I bought the Labnox ORP solution from Amazon, hoping for a reliable calibration fluid for my equipment. Unfortunately, the product is completely unreliable. The readings were way off and inconsistent, even when used with high-quality probes. It rendered my calibration process useless and caused unnecessary confusion.The real disappointment, however, was the customer service. When I reached out to Labnox for support, the executive was dismissive and rude. Instead of addressing the issue or offering help, they implied I didn’t know how to use the product properly—even though I followed the instructions to the letter. They flat-out refused to replace or refund the product, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket.Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. Faulty equipment combined with poor customer service is a recipe for regret.
