These pads are a really great buy if you want to start detoxing your body. I bought these after checking reviews and thought they worked out the best VFM vs effectiveness vs ease of use. I wasn't disappointed! The sticky pad is very good with plenty of adhesion and i only had to use a 5cm strip of micropore once out of 38 times so far and that was my own fault for not drying my hands properly. They do have a downside however. They leave a sticky residue when you take them off, albeit a slight one and to be expected after having them stuck to the bottom of your foot for 8 hours. It's very simple to clean it off with a little warm water and a cotton wool pad. All in all a great product and great for getting rid of unhealthy toxins. Will definitely recommend and buy more.

Excellent purchase from me personally helped me a lot. I have fibromyalgia pains and it has helped me a bit.

I’m uncertain why there are so many negative reviews. My partner ordered these for me. I’ve been using them for the last week, as my feet and knees have been aching a lot - I have had past overactive thyroid issues and since then have had various joint and muscle aches. I’m a ladies UK size 5 shoe, I don’t use socks with them at night, they stick really well. It’s true you need to be near water, or a baby wipe, as once you take them off in the mornings, your feet stick to everything, but I take them off just before showering and it’s fine after this. I know there’s not much in the way of studies on these things, but I think they really have helped me; maybe they’re placebo, but I’m not prone to being easily swayed. There may be a better combination of ingredients out there that I have yet to check. Would use again. I’ve given it mostly 4 stars, as it would take a miracle for me to give something 5 stars..

Helpful although not essential. I buy these when I am ‘in pocket’ I regard them as non essential luxury and am amazed by the gunk they release. The longer you use them the less gunk appears. A good product!

Nothing to like really. It's a bunch of teabags with some sticky thing that doesn't stick so I had to put sock on a hot night. And my sheets had black blobs in the morning where my feet were. (Sigh)

I feel I owe it to this manufacturer to write a Review of my experience using these foot pads. I had read the prior reviews both good and bad and had decided up use and form my own view. I was unclear of what I wanted to achieve initially when ordering - at a basic level it was, I think, the fun factor of a Detox. I had a deviated septum operation about 5 years ago coupled with a nasal passage operation at the same time to help me breathing. The operation was a success for the first 6 or so months, but after that reverted to total congestion and I’d resigned myself to living with it prior to trying these pads. What I didn’t expect from these detox foot pads was that after about a week of using the pads every night (with socks on, as sadly, they won’t stay on my feet anyway without socks), was that I was able to breathe again and take deep, clear breaths. The footpads in my case clearly unblock the nasal or sinus passage congestion. I’ve recommended these foot pads to my brother who has had a similar, ultimately unsuccessful deviated septum operation. Sadly, I’ve not yet convinced him to try them🤔.To conclude, I highly recommend this product! For the manufacturer, I do hope this good review helps you, as you deserve the praise, however, please don’t go getting ideas and pushing up the cost for ordinary folk such as myself because these foot pads are now a life changing staple for me to help me breathe freely and deeply, the most basic of basic joy. I might leave a few week gaps and use them intermittently as I feel the need. I’m sure they are achieving other bodily benefits for me, however, I am outlining the benefit I can most definitely see upon using them. Thank you!
