Q: Is this double sided?

The 13 x 19 that I use is single side coated, and the case just recieved is single. I do not think I have ever recieved any double side coated. Anyway, it is good quality.

Q: do this come in 8.5x14?

No. There is a selection of sizes and that is nor an option.

Q: What is the Paper Thickness? Is it at least .007"?

The paper I have is 61 lb, 230g/m2 thickness. It's a great quality paper but more on the thin side. For the price, it can't be beat. Costco's is thicker but much more costly.

Q: Can this paper be used for chip bags?

I wouldn’t recommend it. Images printed on the paper scratch and wear down. Doesn’t look professional
