Q: Does this cover dark brown hair without bleaching it beforehand?

You would need to pre lighten, I have dark blonde hair and I still bleach first otherwise its not as vibrant, I use the xxl absolute platinum

Q: Will this product cover grey hairs?

Yes and no I'm pretty grey and it does cover and the colour is good but my hair also looks like I have some highlights where some of the grey stands out more, I think its quite a nice effect so am happy with it.

Q: Can I mix this colour with developer vol 30? I have dark hair and want to lighten it whilst depositing the purple color into it ?

No. This is just a pigment/colour depositor. You have to bleach your hair first otherwise there’s literally no point.
