Excellent alternative to needles
These breads absolutely stick when the surface is prepped with alcohol as instructed. It’s necessary to really scrub the area as ears have a naturally occurring waxy coating.

I think it's working
First day was very painful, got red and swollen on some area but it got better next day. I used for neck and lower back pain. Believe it or not, my neck feels much smoother. 👍 I recommend

Complete waste!
If I could give zero stars I most definitely would! Used seed kit one time! Seed packs were put back in the zip lock bag it came in. Went to use it today and every seed was useless! All adhesives were died out and not sticky whatsoever!
