UPDATE: 07/3/18 (Take this review at your will. This my experience.)First, I'd like to review the seller, EASYTONE. I wish more sellers would stand by their product the way I have seen EASYTONE. Yes, I did have an issue with my keyboard that came with my T95Z. I wrote my first review saying that I loved the unit, but the keyboard stopped working shortly after my return period. So, I posted my review. Lily, from EASYTONE, emailed me that night. I never reached out to them. Never asked to speak with the seller. She saw my review and took it upon herself to reach out to me and rectify the issue. If you ask me, I wish more businesses would work in this manner when they see an upset or unsatisfied customer instead of making you jump through hoops. Thus, not wasting my time or my hard earned money. Customer service was everything positive when dealing with Lily and my issue was rectified in less than 72 hours. Thank you Lily and thank you EASYTONE!Now the box. This isnt my first android box and I worked for one of the major cellular carriers, so my knowledge of the OS and apps is pretty on par. The box so far has been flawless. Boots quickly, great picture quality, sound is good. Storage is what I needed. The clock and LED halo add a nice touch with the box sitting next to all my AV equipment. If I could make any type of suggestion, it would be for a longer power cord in future models, but ive also noticed every android box on the market comes with the same length power cord. So no biggie there. I really cant say I have any cons so far for the box itself. It works great and has fulfilled all my needs. Because of the box's performance thus far, Ive actually canceled my cable subscription!Now here is the only issue I have/had. The box came with a wireless keyboard. This is my second keyboard of this form. This one being updated Im sure but same functionality as the older one. It worked well for a while. Reception was good 15 ft away. Backlight was bright for when Im watching in the dark and need to see the keys. Tactile was good. But one day, it started with the space bar. It just stopped work unless i pressed it multiple times. No big deal, but for being new, a bit of a nuisance. Then pne day, the keyboard started acting weird. Unless I took the battery out and put it back in, it would not charge or do anything. I dealt with that for maybe 4 days until it stopped functioning pretty much all together. It lit up, but no response from any key. Nothing. Detached and reattached dongle, nothing. Re-pair, nothing. battery pull, nothing. Tried on my PC and MAC laptops, nothing. No USB HID device detected at all. It was weird how both the dongle and keyboard failed at the same time. I write my review and thats when Lily reaches out. She assured me that even though I was outside my return policy, she wanted me to have a great experience and valued all their customers feedback. After doing her part in making sure I actually did some troubleshooting, she wanted to send me a different model keyboard to make sure I could enjoy my new product. I have received the keyboard and so far it works better than the original. I am very satisfied with my product, the purchase and honestly the over experience. Even if I did have an issue. After all, we are talking about electronics here, things happen, Sometimes its just a dud. But what matters is how a retailer or manufacturer handles the issue. With EASYTONE and Lily, its been handled in best way possible! So, if you bought this model and are having issues with keyboard that came with the box, shoot them a message.Thank you guys!

It is not often that I take time to write a review, but I think this company deserves a few words to encourage those of you who are on the fence to buy this product or any other products that this company sells. First let me say that the EASYTONE T95Z plus Android TV Box that I bought from this company came in a very nice box and the product was very nicely packaged and protected. I won’t go into detail of the specs for this box because you can see them on the description, everything there is correct. The performance of this box is up there in the big leagues, I own two other boxes that cost me more (one of them cost me twice as much) and this box outperformed them in every detail. I did a Internet speed test on my other boxes, my Internet service goes up to 300 mbps, but the other more expensive boxes were only getting up to 60 mbps and when I tested the T95Z Plus, it was able to go to 270 mbps. That difference allows this box to be a top competitor I am able to see 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) and 1080P High Definition movies without any buffering. The Color and the sound coming out of this box are also excellent, that is something that some other boxes are lacking. The wireless remote control that came with this box is a standard point and click, it works the way is supposed to but I like the ones with a keyboard, I don't want to have to use the pop up keyboard, it takes too long to type, so I paid to get the 2.4G wireless keyboard remote with back-light, that keyboard did not perform as well as the android box. The battery seemed to be loose and would not be on all the time even though the switch was set to on. I emailed EASYTONE and Lily answered me within 24 hrs, she wanted to know specifics on the problem after determining that the unit needed to be replaced, she assured me that she would take care of me and within 4 days I had the replacement, she ended up sending me a different, better model, which I really appreciated. Lily went above and beyond from what I expected, and that says a lot to me about a company. I did a lot of research before I bought this box, this box came highly recommended from many sites, there were only two other boxes that ranked higher and one of them costs in the $200’s, I have definitely been recommending this box to all my friends, and very soon I will be replacing my other two boxes with this one.
