I've been using this home coffee maker for a few days now, and it's been a great experience overall. The machine is easy to use and delivers consistent cups of coffee, making it ideal for home users. I’ve been experimenting with cappuccinos and lattes, and although I haven’t perfected them yet, I’m definitely enjoying the journey!A heads-up for first-time users: there is a slight plastic taste in the first few cups. To fix this, I recommend removing the water tank and washing it thoroughly with dishwashing liquid or soap before your first use. Also, it helps to run a full tank of water through the machine before making your first cup. After that, the plastic taste completely disappears.One minor drawback is that the frother handle is a bit short. I had to purchase a smaller milk pitcher to suit the frother. A slightly longer frother would have made it perfect, especially for making one or two cups at a time without needing a large pitcher.Cleaning the machine is super easy, and the design is intuitive. I've consistently been able to brew great coffee, and I’m confident I’ll soon find the perfect balance for my lattes and cappuccinos.A special mention to Ms. Mampi Roy for the excellent virtual demo. Even though it was online, she thoroughly explained all the precautions, usage tips, and cleaning procedures. She also addressed practical challenges with helpful solutions, which gave me a great head start.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly option for home use and it is worth its price.

This is the first time I’m using this kind of product, so I was a little nervous at first. But the person who guided me, MAMPI, was extremely communicative, a great listener, and very patient. I asked her a lot of questions—sometimes more than once—and she answered everything very humbly. She gave me the confidence to use the machine properly. She’s truly supportive and even encouraged me to reach out anytime if I face any issues. I really enjoyed the demo session and feel fully satisfied

It’s very easy to use and delivers great results. One suggestion for the manufacturer would be to increase the height between the base and the coffee brewing filter, as currently it accommodates only coffee cups—not taller mugs.That said, I must say this is one of the best and most economical coffee machines for home use.I also really appreciated the online support. The person in charge of installation was very friendly, humble, and patient. They spent ample time guiding me through the usage steps and even covered troubleshooting tips thoroughly. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to prepare a cappuccino by myself during the demonstration without any issues.Overall, my experience with both the machine and the service has been excellent. Highly recommended!

This is my first coffee machine, and as someone who’s obsessed with good coffee, I spent nearly 5 months researching before finally choosing this one—and I’m really happy I did! It’s super easy to use, brews consistently good coffee, and I’ve been loving experimenting with cappuccinos and lattes at home. The only minor issue is the frother handle being a bit short—I had to get a smaller milk pitcher to use it comfortably.
