Impressed with the quality
I ordered this for my husband for Christmas and he really likes it. He commented on how high quality the make is. Looking forward to trying it out!

Not bad for the price. Know what you're getting.
This is not a bad bar for the price. It is a cheap, cheaply made, entry level curl bar. Despite all the super-fancy exploded drawings of needle bearings and bushings, I had to get the first one I received replaced because the sleeves spun so poorly that they would bind and jam. The second one still spins like metal on metal and NO bushings or bearings, but at least it doesn't jam. The tolerances on the sleeves are questionable too as my bumper plates barely slide on, (though they fit my 5 or 6 other assorted bars just fine). So, know that this is not a smooth spinning bar - it spins just enough not to create torque when you are curling. So why am I even keeping this bar? I have stuff from cheap made in China like this to a Rogue Ohio bar - so here's the thing - this bar is super comfortable. The bends are more than the typical ez-curl bar but less than a super ez-curl bar. It is also thicker, like 28-29mm thick. My old ez-curl bar feels like a toothpick compared to this. It is very comfortable on my wrists and the big grip just feels good. So, I don't know whats going on internally, but ez-curl bars aren't dropped or stressed like a regular barbell so I'm hoping the sleeves stay together. Only 3 stars because ths big selling point were the needle bearings and that was a lie, but they got the bends and diameter right.

A decent barbell
This is the first barbell I’ve bought so I may be inexperienced in selecting exercise equipment. First thing to point out is the barbell I received was black, but the listing shows a silver barbell. Second thing is my only gripe about the barbell is that it squeaks a lot when doing reps. The bar in the middle can turn and this is causing the squeaking. Not really sure if this is normal, or if there is anything i can do to make it stop. Other than that its a decent bar. I just wished it didnt squeak so much.

Comfortable bar with good knurling for curling
I wanted a basic curl bar that the kids and I could use in the garage. I picked this one because the dimensions, weight, and angles seemed right, the ends were solid, it had clips, and the ends rotate. It arrived in a single rectangular box without any damage. I've used it about a week and am very happy with it. It feels similar to bars I've used in the gym and has bends in the right places. The ends rotate the way they should and the clips are fine. I really like the knurl (ie, the diamond pattern)- it gives a good grip but the pattern doesn't cut into my hands the way my regular bench bar does. The bar feels solid enough that it could hold a lot of weight.
