Easy to install
After replacing this I realized the leak was the fuel line, not this part. Extra bonus, at least now my peacock is chrome, so all is not lost. Lol😆

Dangerous & Disappointing. Yes I am angry.
The valve I first lubricated with a little marvel mystery oil and gently moved it like I have done with every other valve I have installed. Next I ran a little non ethanol gasoline through the valve to get the oil and any grit out. Some grit and gunk came out of the valve occasionally this happens at least it didn't get into my new fuel line or carburetor I just rebuilt. Next tested everything with a little gasoline in the tank off the bike and it seeped in the ON positin, RESERVE position, and OFF position. After gently moving the valve all seeping then stopped in all positions. I figured this should be ok it is now safe to install on the motorcycle. So I re-installed the tank back on my Harley with all new fuel lines. Turned on the fuel no seeping or dripping everything looks good time to start the engine and allow the engine run a minute. I was excited to go for a ride so I put the bike in gear and rode off. After 5 minutes that valve was dripping everywhere in ON and RESERVE position and I wrapped a rag around it and got back turned off the fuel it was dripping everywhere all over. Wrapped another rag on the bad shut off valve and cut my brand new fuel line draining fuel out into a funnel to a can. Next I pulled off the fuel tank, and was extremely disappointed because I didn't even get to ride. Upon further observation seal between the valve, filter, and tank is a cheap thin seal that is of a poor design. Looks like it was designed to cut the cost on producing this part so what else about this part was made poorly to cut corners ? I took my time and did everything by the book. I took the time to thoroughly clean inside of tank with solvent, used boiling hot water to remove any waxy residue, washed inside with detergent, thouroughly rinsed, dried the inside of my fuel tank, buy new fuel line, and properly install this brand new part. Then I find out I was sold a trash fuel shut off valve after taking the time to do the repair correctly. So if the seller wants to make this right by sending me a quality part that would be nice. Until that happens I do not recommend anybody buying this part.

Cheap fix for throttle cut out @3000 rpm
Replaced vacuum petcock on 1200 Sportster to fix throttle sputtering between 3 - 3500 rpm. Easy to install perfect fix. And it's chrome so I got another 5 hp out of the deal :-)
