BUNN 13300.0004 VP17-3SS2U Pourover Commercial Coffee Brewer with One Lower and Two Upper Warmers, Stainless Steel

This is a great coffee maker! It keeps the coffee hot throughout the day. There is really nothing bad to say about it. It brews a great pot of coffee. It's very nice to have the two additional burners on the top for our small business. When you're ready to brew another pot simply place the empty pot on the lower burner and add a full pitcher of water in the top flap. The water pitcher IS included. As soon as you start pouring the water in the top the stored hot water in the machine starts to push out which starts the brew process immediately! The burners don't have timers so you'll have to manually turn them off when you're done.

It's not like I buy one of these things every day. On the other hand, it is as advertised. It arrived in a timely fashion, everything works, it's quick and coffee is mmmmmm good! What more can I say. Beware though: Pots come separate and they are the typical narrow mouthed pot that Bunn does. They are great for pouring but difficult for cleaning them.

I got it 2 weeks ago, I start using it for my coffee shop, it is leaking water and even it is turned off, starts boiling water suddenly with no reason. Defected product.

Came in perfect working order. Very fast at brewing.

Followed the instructions to start this machine and when it finally heated up it started spewing steam from almost every seam. Overnight it must have done the same thing as there was water everywhere in the morning. We started leaving an empty pot under it for overnight and now every morning there is 2-3 inches of water in the pot plus who knows how much was lost to evaporation/steam. Because of this there isn't enough water in the reservoir to make another full pot. So, you have to guess at how much water to add so it will make a full pot but not overflow.

This was not a new unit!, did not see any where in the description it was a used unit, coffee stains on bottom warmer plate and surrounding metal, in-addition the coffee filter holder smelled of coffee. Note this unit is designed to stay on all the time no on/off switch Have a function need the unit or would return due to used!! do not have time to wait on new unit

Aside fromnthe fact that this coffeemaker will serve enough for an office of thirty people it is just a great product to have here at home. The coffee flavor is great and is what i expected without disappointment. Its not programable but it really doesn't have to be. Need to turn off warming plates so as not to burn the coffee. Reservoir always has water that is kept hot so long as its plugged inti a standard 110 outlet. Long term care is important and since i live in an area of hard water descaling will be needed more often than usual. It was delivered in perfect condition and earlier than expected (thanks Amazon!)

Stainless steel from start to finish! (When you purchase the optional SS basket) It's the only one I could find. Super impressed! Ready instantly... As your pouring in fresh filtered water, it's dispensing below before your finished. That's because your displacing the already 180 Degree water in the SS chamber, the fresh water that you just poured in will be heated for the next. It's absolutely brilliant! Multi water spouts into the coffee/ filter, not just one. This coffee maker will keep you from far away Starbucks! It does not even come close. Order some Lavazza Italian coffee beans, grind and enjoy... It's the absolute best you can get.
