The media could not be loaded. I got this 5 star split AC. Since begining his AC was installed and serviced by company technicians. The product started giving troubles. I raised so many complaints that ac water is dropping from indoor unit. Technicians came and try to resolve the issue but the problem reoccur after few days. Company also don't inform about the periodic services needs to be conducted within one year. And I missed one service despite several other complaints I raised. So pls don't buy this product. Due to water leakage my TV also got damaged for which I have to spend 5-6k extra due to their faulty AC and lack of proper service. Now again the AC stopped giving proper cooling after an year. Now I have to pay from my pocket to get this pathetic product work. So pls don't buy this product.

Everything is good,only too much noisy of outer unit.

Installation was hassle-free and prompt—if bought from Amazon.Cooling performance is excellent. It works well at 24°C even during peak summer in Kolkata. After a year of usage, I found it energy efficient—my electricity bills are lower compared to neighbours.After-sales service is impressive, even post-warranty. Carrier is easy to reach via phone, online booking, or the Cool Connect App.Only downside is the remote. Both of mine stopped working after a year. If under warranty, you’ll get a replacement free. Otherwise, you’ll need to order one, which takes 10–15 days and isn’t always easily available.Overall, a great AC at a reasonable price with strong performance and support—just let down by poor remote quality. Carrier, please improve your remote durability!

Have been using the air-conditioner for close to a month before writing the review.Installation:Was very quick and a easy process in Chennai. Got the call on same day of delivery and was installed promptly the next day. I opted for the extra tube length of 4m to place my outdoor unit on terrace. The installation guys did a great job and they bought all accessories.Product Usage:The product is very good and cools the room as expected from a 1.5 TON AC. Compared with my previous 1.5 TON product from Bluestar this one take a little bit more time to achieve the same level of chillness. Maybe this is due to the extra 4m copper tube that I have installed.I dont find any major noise concerns and thoroughly enjoy the product.Remote Control:Only issue is the remote control is bit complex to understand. Once you get used to it, then there are no issues. Note : Even when AC is turned off remote control display will be ON. So dont be confused.

I usually prefer to go for brands who are well established within their product field.I have a hitachi AC which i am very happy with and now opted for carrier as its a well know brand with a great history.The ability to cool the room is rapid even when set on normal mode.The outdoor unit makes absolutely no noise and is quite.Indoor unit is quite when operating and looks good aesthetically.Feature wise its already mentioned in the product listing on amazon and nothing more to add.Overall go for this ac without having any second thoughts.
