Perfect for rapid priming
Takes a few tries to get used to, but is perfect for rapidly priming stuff, especially large items. Overall very happy with it. Lots of fuel and uses, and dries fairly quickly, though not as fast as brush on. Color is as shown. Performance is great, adheres well to cured resin. And the coat seemed pretty scratchy proof and durable.

The Perfect Primer for My Space Wolves!
I absolutely love Army Painter’s products, and the Uniform Grey primer is no exception—it's become my go-to base coat for all my Space Wolves. The coverage is smooth, consistent, and gives the perfect neutral tone to build up highlights and shadows. Ever since I started using this primer, every model has turned out better than the last. If you're working on Space Wolves (or any cool-toned army), this grey is a total game-changer!

Great but can over spray
Love this. All army painter products are wonderful and gives a great coating. Can over spray so be mindful when spraying especially miniatures

Good
Good quality primer. More in can than citadel primer.

Good for the price
For the amount of paint it's hard to find fault with this. It comes out evenly and finely and spreads quite cleanly.I would easily give it five stars if not for one somewhat serious problem which is the final finish. Not sure where the "sandy" or "very gritty" complaints come from because the final finish is still quite fine, but it definitely is not the flawless smooth finish of higher end primers like Taimya. Paint doesn't flow as easily and it has more of a "gritty" texture no matter how smooth the underlying plastic is. I'd compare it almost to armor texture used in some modeling work, it is definitely coarse but not unusably and work wreckingly so. Slap on two coats on the thick side and the problem nearly disappears so it's not a dealbreaker, and it actually looks pretty good for rough metals.I would not recommend the uniform grey color unless you're painting a grey army. It's difficult to work with on grey GW style plastic because it's nearly the same color as said plastic. If you want a neutral base go with white, but I would take advantage of the color primer part myself. It seriously is nearly a 100% match with their bottle paint set, the only real noticable difference is that they're not quite LITERALLY the same color and the finish is noticably different.

Easy to use and paint
**I am a super beginner**I was always afraid to paint gunpla. So when i started war hammer, that fear transferred over. After watching a few of their videos I thought I would take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised. It went on easy as long as you read the instructions.

Great basecoat paint for miniatures
This is a great miniature base coat. It makes painting easier and gives a better result. A cheap rotating base and something taky to hold down the miniatures make this a much easier process.

The "Dark" Side
This isn't the primer you expected. It's better.I'm a hobbyist with a Creality LD-002R (3D printer), plenty of resin, and a lot of time on my hands. The models I print are often very intricate, with extremely fine details. I needed a primer that didn't create a lot of build-up while also providing full coverage. The Army Painter primer did exactly what I needed. It covered the printed pieces (even those hard to get to places) without sacrificing detail.I've never used a dark grey primer. It revealed every imperfection, while also providing the expected matte-finished texture.Pros:* Great coverage without build-up.* Dark Matte finish shows every imperfection* Resin 3D Printer compatible (Grey Elegoo washable resin)Cons:* More expensive than I had expected. (But it's worth it if you're a perfectionist.)* Bizarre anti-kid-cap. (You'll know what I mean when it arrives.)
