Tayama Hot Pot

had to buy another for my college child - the 1st one have been great. no complaints. easy cleaning. simple & works well on my induction portable burner.

I did the leak test when it arrived and it passed. Does feel a little thinner and lighter than I expected, but I bought it to have hot pot at home and for that purpose it's great.It's priced a bit higher than some other ones but the reviews seem more hit or miss on those and this one includes the three spoons. All in all, this pot it exactly as advertised.

No good made, very thin, no easy to clean.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hot pot then this one serves the purpose. Nothing fancy and not of very high quality. Quite thin all over but without it being too thick heating up is quicker. Separator allows you to have 2 variants of soup in one hot pot. Comes with glass cover. Overall, good value. Will recommend if you are not willing to spend too much on a hot pot.

I invited all of my Asian students over for hotpot on Chinese New Years. Besides impressing them with a fully equipped hotpot set up, the pots really worked great. the divider allowed for a spicy broth and a milder broth and we were able to sit 6 people around each pot.
