I have a lot of bamboo cutting boards. Selected these because they are a smaller size with a channel to capture juice. I use them mainly for serving cut-up meat at the table--like a big steak. They are pricey, but they are very well made and should last a long, long time. They also come oiled with decent instructions on care. I am pleased with the purchase.
