You will need to either pull yours out and look on your OEM or check your manual Google it. I have found that the Amazon fitment guide was not reliable.

Q: Should the piece containing the LEDs be oriented vertically or horizontally?

The correct orientation is vertically, with the LED chips facing side by side and the wire cord down at 6 o'clock. Attached is the video of installation FYI.
