Nice and wonderful Orthopedic Electrical Heating pad.Very convenient to add in your luggage while travellingThe length of the Electrical cord is very good enough to plug and laydown in the bed and relax with warm heating.Also you can increase or decrease heat with the small controller provided near to the heating pad while laydown.Very much worth for the money spend to buy it.Recommend to anyone who want to relax with the warm heat on your back, thighs, hip etc.

It is easy to use and the belt can be used to strap around the affected area comfortably. The heating power is the 2 lower levels is subpar, not enough for a good heating effect. Only the highest level is effective

Not a good product, stopped working within 3 weeks. When I called the service center they asked me to courier it to them and then they will see if it can be replaced.This is stupidity, first, they want to me find a courier vendor and then pay for the shipping.Not acceptable.

This heating pad is good and can be considered as perfect for flat portion of body like back, lower back but not as good for curved portion like neck, shoulder etc. its not the best suited because heating is not really effective.

This is my 3rd Buy … my whole family and relatives are using this … superb quality and durable
