Q: Why was the product designed so that gravity causes the UK adaptor to slip out when the charger is in the wall please?

The US plug works perfectly, the adapters seem to be an afterthought and are in need of a redesign.

Q: Can it output 20V/5A?

Haven't tried that myself but the math says it should be able to if you have only that device plugged in and nothing else not even other cables

Q: Does it charge the samsung devices (eg s23+) at 45w or at 25w?

If it was the only device connected I believe you’d get 45w as long as device requested it- I certainly get over that to iPad/ laptop

Q: Does it come with a storage bag/case?
