Very good taiyaki maker. I was able to make it easily on my first try, even though I used too much batter. Very impressed! I'm only deducting a star because it's supposed to come with a brush, but I didn't get one. But the pan itself works perfectly.

I'm very happy with this product, my first taiyaki batch came out flawless. And the silicone brush made me wonder why I never bought one before, it's handy in the kitchen and not just for the taiyaki pan.

My parents were stationed in Japan and i missed eating Taiyaki!!! This was such a nostalgic buy and I don’t regret it!I use pancake mix with a little extra water and vanilla extract and these are so yummy! I have made them with custard and fruit fillings. Both were amazing! You just set the pan on the oven top and pour the batter filling in the pan about halfway. Add your filling to the middle and then more batter on top. Immediately flip it after you close it and let it cook. Flip as needed to prevent burning. I used PAM in mine and they came right out of the pan. This tool is VERY easy to clean!
