This is such an amazing little lego set. We added a couple hinges so the top can open to make it easier to play in & replace carrots, as well as horizontal side support beams to stabilize the walls for play, added smooth 1x pieces to the tops to make it smooth so the top sits nicely down. We also added a few 1x2 flat pieces to the fence railing so the chickens can sit on the fence. Best improvements ever for this set.

This set was a little tricky to put together and my 8 year old is a lego moderate builder. That's ok because I helped her. This is the cutest set for a chicken lover. So Manu chickens!! And eggs. My kittens love love tossing the eggs around. So bonus benefits.

First the clutch power of the bricks is really great same as Lego and the brick quality is the same as well. This really is a great buy for the money and I am quite surprised by the design of the set . I am putting this with my castle village scene. You get 20 chickens n different colors and the chicken coop is quite large very surprisingly. Beware though it does not come with the crate with eggs that is pictured.

My ten year old loves chicken and lego. This was a perfect gift. He was very excited about it. It went together easily and quickly and he loves all the chickens and eggs. It’s a good addition to his lego city
