Good item. Fit perfectly. But I did have to reset the brake, right out of the package. Would have thought it would have been preset.

GOOD PRODUCT

Aside from no Husqvarna label on the outside and insignia on the inside, this looks just like the original. BUT, it arrives with the brake set. The image on the ordering page shows that, too. With the covering plate removed, you can see the new part vs. the old part. You need to use a needle nose pliars to rotate the 3-tab plate clock-wise to release the brake or you can't install it. While removing the plate to investigate I found that the after-market screws are cheap, and the Torx heads strip out. Just use a flathead screwdriver. One of the 4 screws removed was short and had an odd thread. And the bar-tension mechanism is stiff to work. Once unlocked and installed, it works fine. Good for the price.

Good fit

Received a part that is a cheaper out version of the part pictured. Plastic guides are low grade plastic, did not have black OEM style screws but gold ones that are shorter with a coarser thread. Should also mention the mounting hole pattern is almost 1mm off so it won't even mount on the saw....

Does what it's supposed to. Quality reflects on the price. So far i have a few tanks through no issue. You can't beat that with an egg beater. 😉
