Q: Will this help rid the damp moldy smell I’m getting from my unit?

Yes it did for my ac. I sprayed it on the inside coil and let it work and then sprayed it again to get it all clean. Then I used a fine spray of warm water from a pump sprayer to flush everything out. Don’t forget to clean your filter and wipe down all the vents as far as you can reach.. I used simple green for that.. no more musty mold smell

Q: can this product be used to clean refrigerator coils?

The product contains water, this is not great when it splatters over the condenser motor. Use the condenser coil cleaner instead.

Q: Why is the 4 pack so expensive compared to the 1 pack?

It has to do with shipping. One of these can go a certain way. but because these are aerosol cans, they have to get shipped differently. Steve

Q: What's the difference between this (evap foam) and the similar looking evap fresh? it's for use in a mini-split (indoor unit).

The Nu-Calgon Evap Foam is for cleaning/rinsing the evaporator coil.
