Love these for gardening or those days when I have to spot clean carpets, bathe the dog, etc.They fit the shape of my knees perfectly and have enough padding to be comfortable but aren’t so bulky or heavy that they’re awkward when standing or walking. I have a heavy duty pair for other work but these are good for shorter tasks.The elastic is strong and easily adjustable. They are ok to clean, I hose off the loose dirt, then use dish soap and water and hang them from the straps to dry. I’d normally just hose them off and be done with it but I use fertilizers or cleaning stuff and don’t want to risk skin irritation from stuff staying on them.For their size, they’re comfortable and well made, and very helpful in pain prevention.

These do protect my knees and if you do not have heavy legs, they would be very comfortable. I had to install 900 LF of landscape fabric and these saved my arthritic knees and my back! They are well made and have good padding. I just happen to larger legs and the elastic straps got tight around the back of my knees after a while. Nothing too bad, just a bit uncomfortable. A good reminder to take a break every now and then.

Great alternative to the traditional garden knee pad. No more adjusting my knee pad while gardening with these pads. The thickness is perfect for my old knees. The Velcro strap concept is almost perfect except for one thing…the buttons don’t always release the straps. Minor inconvenience, I simply pull them over my boots while seated. It could be an isolated case.

As I have aged, I find myself looking for the little things that make a big difference. Here is one of those things. These are great, easy to put on and off, and protective of both knees.

Strange use for these knee pads I know however they were perfect. I had foot surgery and had to make it upstairs with touching down. I used them for 4 weeks and they maintained their form and were super comfy. Great quality, very thick.

Another case where I truly wonder how there could possibly be so many positive reviews.Pro:Thick enough padding for protection.Cons:They move around on the knee, because they are short, and not enough space between upper and lower straps to keep them in place on the leg.The straps loosen after tightening.The snaps are way to tight for easy removal. I need 2 hands to unsnap them. Do you really want to struggle to unsnap?I have a cheap pair with velccro that are so easy to remove, and they always stay in place. These are a disappointment, though better than nothing, and a hassle to use on anything but short projects.
