Extremely effective. Had to remove waterproof eye makeup sealed with Ben Nye (it didn’t budge despite getting caught in the rain). Just soak a cotton round and hold it to over the eye for 10-15 seconds? Maybe less? Don’t rub, the pressing is much gentler and dissolves the makeup.

it’s pretty strong , use sparingly to not get in your eye but not so strong that it irritates the skin. good product 😉

I’ve used other biphase makeup removers that get waterproof mascara off with minimal effort. This is not one of them. If that’s what you’re buying this…maybe try a different one. This is a little more effective than micellular water, but not by that much.

I got a „24hour lipstick „ and the only way to remove it is with a special tonic like this one. I got this one referred by a friend and it works great - smooth like oil!!

I used to use Mary Kay oil free eye makeup remover, then when I couldn't find a consultant I went to Walmart brand. Then I became vegetarian, and learned of all the products out there that needlessly test on animals, or use animal parts in their ingredients ~ NOT OKAY!!! I was regularly ordering a different brand, called mountain falls, but now it would seem that Amazon no longer stocks it, so I had to change products again. This product works just like every oil free makeup remover, you shake it, put it on a cotton ball, or reusable face cleansing pad, and off comes the makeup.Pros: for those who live, and shop by their conscience, this is a very good product for makeup removal.Cons: it's less bang for your buck, it comes in a much smaller container, for a $2 difference in price.I will continue purchasing, because I need something that works, and is within my preferred ethics. But if I stumble across anything else comparable in effectiveness, vegan, and cruelty free for a better price, I'm definitely switching!!
