Q: Can you purchase the mantle and fireplace together? Quite illogical if not and have to purchase only separately. What good is one without the other?

I do not own this product anymore. When my husband and I finally got it together it fell down and crumbled in front of us. It was impossible to put back together. The wood splintered and broke apart. So in answer to your question find another fireplace to buy, don't waste your money.

Q: Is there a way to stop the power button from flashing when it is on?

Yes. When the Abbotsford is connected to WIFI the power button will no longer flash.

Q: It says 19x23. Which is length and which is height? I need a 24w x 19 h will this fit?

It is 19" wide and 23" tall. If you only have 19" of height available for mounting, it will not work since it is 23" high.

Q: How far does it protrude out from the frame?

The trim piece protrudes about 3/4 inch. The sloping shield for the heater Protrudes another 4 inches and isn’t obnoxious. The shield directs the heater air down onto the floor where it belongs and hides the heater element. Hope this helps. Looks factory when installed.
