Love the fact it has no ammonia in it.Wish it come in a few shades lighter!

I would never buy this product again. This used to be a good product, but they changed it entirely. This a cheaper product than the original Bigen. It is made in a different country, the packaging is different, and what’s most important, the quality is way inferior than the previous version, lasting less time and not covering grey hair as well as the previous Bigen. Not recommended! I will return it.

I like it

I've used this for years but since the bottle has changed from glass to plastic the powder does not work as well. Usually a 15 minute treatment would last 3-4 days. Now it seems to wash right back out. I'm going to try leaving t it in longer. If that does not work I'll be looking for another brand.
