Good product
I've been taking this vitamin D3 and K2 to help with calcium absorption for osteoporosis. It's hard to know if it's helping until I have another scan, but the capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they are made with natural ingredients. I seem to be much less tired, have had no issues at all and it seems to suit me very well.

You need vitamin K to help with the absorption of vitamin D - and the addition of a small amount of fats again helps with assimilation so I’m pleased with this. I like this brand for its commitment to keeping unnecessary fillers out of their formulas. The tablets are teeny tiny and easy to take, taste isn’t really relevant as you’re swallowing it and I’d say they’re good value for money!

I would like to dispel the reviews saying this product D3 isn’t as claimed.I have received a bottle of D3 2000iu +K2 150mcg and a bottle of D3 4000iu.Both arrived with long expiry dates (well over a year)The softgels have NOT clumped together. (As some claim)The most important reason for buying this brand was the carrier for the D3 and K2 it is EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL a far healthier option than the usual fillers to carry the vitamins. This information is clearly on the label. (It is NOT vegetable oil as some reviews say incorrectly)I feel the poor reviews are only trying to discredit this product and company.The knowledgeable information of the benefits and the contents of both D3 and K2 is spot on.I don’t often write reviews but I thought this may help you decide to give this product a try and support ZENEMENT.I will revise this review if I have any problems in the future. I am taking the company at its word and hoping the ingredients are as stated.
