Good product
I've been taking this vitamin D3 and K2 to help with calcium absorption for osteoporosis. It's hard to know if it's helping until I have another scan, but the capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they are made with natural ingredients. I seem to be much less tired, have had no issues at all and it seems to suit me very well.

You need the soft-gels containing fat. -- Most vitamin D tablets are useless and don't increase vitamin D levels in your body unlike these.This product, Vitamin D2 with K2 MK7 is the perfect way to get your vitamin D levels stabilised.

You need vitamin K to help with the absorption of vitamin D - and the addition of a small amount of fats again helps with assimilation so I’m pleased with this. I like this brand for its commitment to keeping unnecessary fillers out of their formulas. The tablets are teeny tiny and easy to take, taste isn’t really relevant as you’re swallowing it and I’d say they’re good value for money!
