Very practical and works well for forming and not having to use plastic to roll which is a big plus and different in a good way ! A bit bigger than typical bamboo mat and that’s ok ! Seller promptly sent a replacement which I appreciate. A bit pricy but worth it for the amount AND ease I use with it. I really like it.

This is a quality product. You can tell that some thought has been put into the design and build of it to make it durable, easy to use and easy to wash. It is far superior to the cheaper options that you can find on Amazon and is definitely worth the extra money it costs.

Was using a standard bamboo mat for a long time and decided to take a chance on this, comparatively expensive, plastic sushi mat.I was sceptical when it arrived but gave it a try and was blown away at how well it worked. It applied much more even pressure to the entire roll, I have no problems with the nori sticking, and the clean-up is as fast and easy as removing Saran Wrap from a bamboo mat.Definitely recommend this mat, I will be replacing all the bamboo mats in my sushi store with these plastic mats.
