Falta de cuidado no transporte

O sabonete é ótimo, cheiroso, mas chegou todo amassado, veio em um envelope amassado, parecendo que foi feito uma bola dele e chutado, fiquei triste, queria pedir outros sabonetes dessa cara marca, mas desse jeito me desanimou.

This was a scent/fragrance disappointment as there was NONE once in the shower. If you are after a very soft luxury soap with lots of lather, then this is your soap. But you will not smell out of the shower as there is no scent.Would I purchase again? NO
