Amazing... Works better than a phone.The OS is a mid old and wonky but all works.

Would not recognise sim card
Nice looking watch. Unfortunately had to return because the sim card was not recognised. The instructions for the watch were useless they did not even cover the watch I had bought.I tried all the tips I could find on the internet:Activated the sim on a mobile phone and made a call to test the sim was working.Checked the security details of the sim to make sure it wasn't locked to a pin.Checked and rechecked i had put the sim in the watch the correct way.Contacted Amazon help. They had a troubleshooting sheet for the item. All of which I had done.I contacted the sim provider (GiffGaff recommended on amazon for the watch) They said I had tried everything and determined that the problem must be with the watch. So I now have a topped up pay as you go sim card with no Watch! Very disappointing!

Value for money
My 6 year old grandson absolutely loves it his elder siblings are teenagers and have iPhone this watch makes him feel more grown up without having a phone he tracks his steps plays games calls us and it has GPS so his mum knows exactly where he is even though he don't go out lol.he is autistic and finds it easy to use he worships it bless him

Good watch
Only issue is you need to find the right SIM card. It says only 2G card will work. I bought normal SIM card which is 2G computable but didn’t work. Still my son liked it and all well for the money I paid.

Not happy with purchase either give us refund or exchange the product
Battery died very morning after charge in the evening, I would like to replace a watch as not happy with product.

good starter watch for kids .This watch has all the toys and will keep kids interest not be dropped in a toy box until a clear out and ends in a bin.

Great, watch for little ones. The phone is good too we can call my daughter on it when she needs to come home from a friends house near by.

It doesnt read sim card
Tried several sim cards that WORK in 2g but the watch still says "insert sim card".It is for a birthday and I dont have the time to get return. And I am sure my son will love it. But as a toy with no call functionality.
