EXCELLENT! Fantastic communication through the set up.
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I contacted this seller as I was having a problem trying to connect to the Internet. I'm not really technical, so contacted the customer service. They helped me set up my router ( bought from another company) and now we have Internet. I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to because.of the patience and customer care provided by this seller I CAN'T RATE THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. FANTASTIC.

Complete and Utter Rip-off
This is incredible! I just activated this SIM, which required me to pay £10 and register all of my personal details, just for a PAYG facility. The Amazon listing promised a free £5 addition to the initial credit payment. This has not materialised, so this SIM is being mis-sold on that basis alone. However, the real con is that I made a call to a phone which I knew would not be answered and indeed it was not. So, an unconnected call. Yet, GiffGaff took a staggering TWENTY FIVE PENCE for this non-call! That surely must be unlawful. In fact, so inscensed am I about this that I will be making a formal complaint to Ofcom as this has simply got to be illegal. It would appear that GiffGaff are not only rip-off merchants, but acting unlawfully too.
