loved it and easy to install. Only thing is you have to buy new rubber washers, don't use the ones included, they're old and will leak.

The faucet set looks great. We needed to change our install and required a different piece. Gotonovo was very responsive on email and quickly helped us to get what we needed (and only charged us shipping for the part). We are very happy with the product and experience.

This product was easy to install and works great. The ability to adjust the height is great for the low ceiling. We converted a small storage closet into a bathroom. From floor to ceiling is 77” we put a free standing claw foot tub in but I wanted a shower as well.

This unit doesn't shut off sometimes! Not sure why! Figure I'll probably have to tear it out at some point and replace it!! Thats nice bathroom has been finished a month!!Everything is Junk Quality anymore! I'd be ashamed!!

It looks fantastic. It works well. The water pressure is fab, and the company is easy to work with. Make sure you read all the specs, because if you're installing this on a regular ol' standard tub, you'll likely need extra parts than just the set. That said, I have replaced shower heads and faucets in the past, and this was beyond my skill level to complete easily. I probably could have eventually figured it out, but I heard a professional plumber curse under his breath a few times getting this installed.

This system is fantastic. Installed it about a year ago and am absolutely in love with it. We had a very difficult time because of our small bathroom, tub placement, and poor water pressure. This system works perfectly. The spout domes away from the wall enough to allow us to have space between the wall and tub. As you can see, we were also able to side mount the system to avoid running water and electrical in the same wall. The head makes the water pressure great! Style was exactly what we were looking for. The handheld has a long hose great for pets or anything else you need. Highly recommend this item.

I was impressed with the quality of the product received. I was a bit hesitant at first base on the fact that the faucet set was a fraction of the cost of other claw foot tub sets. In addition, the level of customer service was excellent. I ran into an issue with the shower head being too short for my tub. Per the installation troubleshooting instructions, I sent an email to the retailer explaining the situation, and within 48 hrs they sent me an extension piece for the shower head along with a small extension rod to attach the shower riser to wall free of charge. The space between my claw foot tub and the wall was slightly larger than 2". I would certainly buy from this retailer again.

We have a whirlpool tub that didn’t have a shower, so this faucet and shower combo worked perfect!!
