Good quality item

This products seals are defective and cause leaks
I purchased this shower pipe extension & it is leaking. When our plumber installed it he said it looks like that seals are dried out & deformed inside the tube. This is causing the water to be able to leak through. We have also used the sealant tape & it is still leaking. We requested a replacement for the piece we ordered, as we cannot get those items here in Canada.

Worked great!
We moved into a new home that had a full shower system installed with a clawfoot tub, unfortunately even fully extended, my 5'7 self barely fit under the shower head, so there was no hope for my 6'2 boyfriend. I ordered one of these and after a couple of trials and errors (be sure to use a lot of thread seal, and all rubber washers are where they need to be and in good shape) I was able to install this all on my own! It wasn't a particularly easy or dry process, but it's done and we now have a fully functioning primary bathroom that both of us can enjoy.

Just what we needed
We ordered the shower kit to add to our claw foot tub. The shower kit was too short for some reason. After reaching out to gotonovo I received a quick response with a solution. David was very helpful and kind in recommending I purchase the extension rod and he offered a refund for the additional part. Very happy with purchase.
