Q: Dose it have a pocket clip?

Yes it does have a clip. Sweet super smooth action. Only downside so far, blade dulled quickly. Just got a sharpener today. Will see how well it sharpens and holds it. Not had a S&W do this before. Would buy again if sharpen holds.
